Your order may be returned or exchanged as long as the items are in their original condition and packaging. We will gladly issue a refund whereas it's within the 14 day period after purchase date or an exchange if incorrect item or size was shipped. 

All costs related to shipping are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective, damaged or was sent in error. All returns must be authorized by Somethin' Brooklyn prior to returning them to us.

Domestic

 

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 1-2 business days. Your shipping charge is based on the weight of your order. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is placed, and after your product has shipped. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

International

 

International shipping rates do not reflect any fees, duties, taxes or customs charges that may be applied on your end in your country. These additional funds are solely your responsibility to pay. We apologize but we cannot provide estimates for these additional charges.
